1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jeebuj platform in any capacity — including browsing, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any casino game — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms, together with the jeebuj Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, form the entire legal agreement between you and jeebuj.

jeebuj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the jeebuj platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all purposes. jeebuj operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in the Bangladesh market. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk and should never be treated as a source of income.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The jeebuj platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

jeebuj takes its age verification obligations seriously. All new accounts are subject to age and identity verification. You may be required to provide a government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before deposits, withdrawals, or continued access to the platform are permitted. jeebuj reserves the right to suspend access to any account pending completion of the verification process.

If jeebuj discovers at any time that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, any winnings will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the payment source where operationally possible. jeebuj will also report the incident as required by its internal responsible gaming policies.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one jeebuj account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If jeebuj identifies that a player holds more than one account, jeebuj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your jeebuj account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or phone number). Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your jeebuj account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jeebuj will never contact you to request your password — any communication claiming to be from jeebuj and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify jeebuj immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jeebuj accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your disclosure of credentials to any third party.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jeebuj is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on player accounts. This process may require you to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is complete. jeebuj's KYC procedures are conducted in compliance with the platform's internal anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeebuj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. jeebuj reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount on jeebuj is ৳100 via mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and card methods may differ and will be displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are credited to your jeebuj wallet in real time or within the standard processing window of the payment provider. jeebuj does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jeebuj reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within 10 minutes for verified accounts.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC, Islami Bank): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Visa and Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the card issuer.

jeebuj reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jeebuj will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before processing is resumed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jeebuj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to indicate BDT amounts. jeebuj does not accept deposits in foreign currencies — if your payment method operates in a foreign currency, any conversion costs are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers available on jeebuj are open to eligible registered account holders unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Each promotion may carry its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit thresholds, minimum odds requirements, and qualifying game types. jeebuj reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits and free bets awarded through jeebuj promotions are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. Real money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the bonus wagering requirement is met, depending on the specific promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jeebuj actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse behaviours include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with legitimate play. If bonus abuse is identified, jeebuj reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

jeebuj runs promotions aligned with Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL match-day offers, Eid seasonal bonuses, Pohela Boishakh promotions, and welcome packages for new depositors. All active promotions are published on the platform with their full terms and conditions. jeebuj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time.

6. Betting and Casino Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on jeebuj are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. jeebuj reserves the right to void bets placed after a relevant event has concluded, bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, and bets placed by accounts under investigation for fraudulent activity. In-play betting is offered on selected markets — once an in-play bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. jeebuj's settlement decisions on disputed markets are final.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. jeebuj does not control the rules or outcomes of third-party game provider content; outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedure. In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, the rules of the relevant game provider apply to determine settlement.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting and casino products on jeebuj. 6.4 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, communication failure, or technical malfunction that affects bet placement, game play, or settlement, jeebuj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. jeebuj will make all reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and to communicate with affected players via the contact details held on their accounts.

7. Responsible Gaming

jeebuj is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jeebuj account holders at no charge, directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your jeebuj wallet. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money betting or casino play is permitted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play, helping you monitor your time on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic prompts displaying your net win/loss position for the current session.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jeebuj account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any open investigations into your account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Termination by jeebuj

jeebuj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request from jeebuj.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful toward jeebuj staff or other players.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your location or circumvent platform restrictions.

Where jeebuj closes an account due to a breach of these terms, any balance held may be forfeited to the extent permitted by jeebuj's internal policies and applicable recovery rights. jeebuj will communicate the reason for account closure to the account holder where permitted to do so by internal investigation requirements.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by jeebuj — all pending promotional offers, bonus balances, and accumulated loyalty rewards are forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without explicit approval from jeebuj's account management team. Players who have self-excluded are advised to apply for self-exclusion across all gambling platforms they use, as jeebuj's self-exclusion applies only to the jeebuj platform.
